After completing the form, we will send an order confirmation link to the fleet manager's email address. At the same time, the person with this email address must be registered with Drivalia as a fleet manager for your company.
The Client hereby authorizes and empowers the Provider to hand over the vehicle to the User:
The client acknowledges the following: Drivalia (as agent) only provides arrangement of replacement car services. Then, as a guarantor, we will pay the invoice to the provider, which we will charge according to your contract for operational leasing. The client’s responsibility is to agree with the provider of the vehicle on the date and place of its return. The contact phone is listed in the takeover protocol. The user is required to confirm the handover protocol to the provider, and agree with contract terms and conditions stated on the handover protocol. The client agrees to pay the fee of CZK 1.000 excl. VAT for arranging the rental vehicle as an extra-contractual service if the service is not included in operational leasing contract of the vehicle, for which a replacement vehicle is provided. This fee is not charged in case of insurance event covered by insurance company of the third party, and if you're waiting for delivery of a new vehicle from Drivalia and the extension of a replacement vehicle used from the Drivalia assistance.
